Another SXSW has arrived and has gone. Next year we enter a new festival experience because the convention will be torn to make a place for the center. Full new complexChanges could be felt in advance this year because things were feeling a little less. However, it was still a fun time. Here are some of the best moments.
Our favorite moments in SXSW 2025
Cinema center movie parties
Our favorite party of the festival is always Cinema center By Rocksstar Entertainment. They host the best film after parties and we never know who we are going to. This year, one of those runs was from Christopher Mintz-Plasse, aka McLovin. WorstI had hung with him at an ACL party before many Moon, so it was fun to see him again and how much has changed from that time.
Another chance meeting involves meeting Christo fernandezWho plays on the donor Ted Laso. We asked for a picture because the party was very rare at that time. Although he posed for one, he was not really in it, which really made the moment even more entertaining.
Sunshine sex party on lawn
Every year, Sunshine hosts a happy hour for customers and friends on the lawn of Sachs four seasons. I don't know what it was about this year, but I was one of my favorite events. Probably because there were lots of familiar faces – and we got to peep on celebrities passing through the hotel, such as Henry Golding and Michelle Moron Another simple favor.
Big Freedia in Soho House
The best show we saw during the festival was also not an official SXSW event. As soon as the music part of the festival handled the scene, we found ourselves running out of the steam. But he did not stop us from spending an evening in Soho House. This is because Big Freedia was playing an intimate set in which all ages, all gender, all types of people were flooding in dance floors. You can always rely on Soho House for a great show!
Best Pop Up: The Lodge
The festival is always packed with a pop-up. In fact, we make a list of best every year. In 2025, the best best was the lodge by Paramount Plus. Renny Street's experience stole the spotlight with endless photo opes, interactive experiences and free top shelf drinks. Here is more about this year's incident,
Elvis in Tennessee House
Another Rockin experience came to us as the king of Rock-N-Rol. The Tennessi House hosted a night -long performance from Elvis Emporsnores and we could not help fall in love with experience. Free food, drink and greetings from Tennessi Swag also shook all of us.
DJ P Wee in JBL
But JBL Bodga We enjoyed a complete sensory experience with giveaways, drinks, Whataburger and more. But it was Anderson. His change in his form ego DJ P. Classic hip-hop, soul and fan are known to spinning, their set was a throbac, of course. The atmosphere was electricity because he threw it back in the 80s and then just kept walking. He went so far that there was also a soul train line!
Best Celebrity Vision: Catherine O'Hara and Rod Stewart
If you follow us regularly, you know that we are to spot famous celebrities. In SXSW, there is never a lack of view. You can see them all here. But our fountains were definitely Catherine O'Hara (Late night seen in Four Seasons) and Rod Stewart (who was playing a show at Moody Center). When I went to him, I almost got out. He is 80 years old and still calm as usual!
Levi McConaghi's red carpet debut

Every year we choose a festive Besty and this year it was Kyle Makalachalan. He is the most attractive man. He handed us his own stickers on the red carpet of the Iheart Podcast Awards! And then, later on that evening, we grab a drink with him and take some pictures at the photo booth at the award show's after party.
Best Panel: Kesha and Lance
We do not get to see a lot of films or panels, although we have made time for two. First, there was one with Kesha that focused on fighting loneliness in the digital world. You can see a clip of her speaking on the panel here. The other panel in which we participated, portrayed Lance Bass while dealing with the subject of chronic disease. It was practical to all, not even suffering from the conditions that were discussed.
Reunion of luck
But Luck reunion, We enjoyed the set of Elie and AJ, Lucas Nelson, Charlie Crocket, Lucinda Williams and Willy, but the main attraction for this year was a surprising performance from Jessica Simpson. West of the festival
And finally, the West of the Fest is a completely free show on the second Friday of the fest. This mix is placed by 94.7 and is completely independent. The lineup is always fun with a mixture of new commerce and throbac artists. This year, Tom Higenson and Tim Lopez of The Plane White T, Shine Down, Jane Leo and Edwin McCain were included. McCain was an attraction for me because I attended college in South Carolina in the 90s when the “I Will B” singer was a regular bar act.
