A fast growing talent platform is already working with global brands such as Louis Wuenetan, Virgin Group and WHSMITH, gathering £ 3.65 million in seed funding to score your recruitment solution for the next generation.

London -based Vizi, which launched its platform in the market in 2023, aims to overhall the traditional CV format which has been almost unchanged for decades. The investment round was led by Edzuvo, with several high-net-forth individuals and family offices participation.

Described as a “CV disruptive”, vizzy allows candidates to create individual, visually attractive digital profiles that highlight their capacity, passion and ambitions-for a option for a option for a option for traditional one-page resumes and cover letters that often fail to capture personality.

Vizzy's first customer was the British fashion house Barbari, who used tools to refine his graduate recruitment program. Since then, the platform has obtained traction with major brands including Pizzaxerx, whismith, Virgin Group and Louis Witon. Employers have praised the platform for greater efficiency, strong engagement and access to more diverse talent pools.

Chris Woodward-Jones, CEO and co-founder, Vizzi, said: “I am proud of what we have achieved in such a short time. By launching last year's full product, it has been rewarded to see that some of the world's most recognizable employers are now considering this. Global demand is now considering.”

Adjuvo CEO Mark Foster-Brown said: “In Edzuvo, we refund transformational technologies, and Vizi is an ideal example. This is a perfect example.

With a huge market opportunity and a standout founding team, we are thrilled to support the next stage of development of vizzy. ,

Employers have been quickly done to support the effect of Vizzy's approach.

Sarah Lock, Recruitment Lead in Virgin Group, remarked: “In Virgin, we like to challenge the ideal – and Vizi's fresh, disruptive approach to recruitment is exactly the kind of innovation we see.”

Peter Kong, head of talented acquisition for North Asia in Louis Wuiton, said: “Vizzi has given effective efficiency benefits. By allowing talent to show his abilities in a rich, more individual format, we are now attracting more easily to the candidates with high-affected skills. This is a game-chanter.”

The founders of Vizzyzy believe that the changes from the methods of chronic recruitment have been long. With AI now enables candidates to apply for dozens of jobs, rental teams face difficulty in increasing real engagement and standout capacity.

Empowering digital applications and empowering the youth to represent themselves beyond bullet points, Vijji hoped to modernize recruitment in his roots – to take equal advantage to employers and job seekers.
