ErommaOse Nwokoro Foundation is carefully selecting the best students from various skills acquisition training for the upcoming graduation in April, 2026.

ErommaOse Nwokoro Foundation, which has been at the forefront of empowering the younger generation to create meaningful employment opportunities, will graduate 50 to 100 students who will prove to be exceptional in their various fields of training from the designated skills acquisition academies.

The best students will be selected from various skill acquisition academy like hairdressing, tailoring and fashion designing, makeup training.

According to Bernardette Iromose Nwokoro, founder and CEO of the Iromose Nwokoro Foundation, the target number of graduates can vary widely depending on available resources and the length of the program.
“Over the years I have graduated over 300 students in various skills and currently I have around 50 students who will graduate in April 2026,” he said.

Speaking on how often she follows up with graduate students after handing over the start-up kit, she said that follow-up is also done weekly to monitor their progress and help them prevent wasting opportunities.

“I keep a close eye on the students because there is money involved and I need to know if they are wasting the resources that they have been given, because after they graduate we set them up in their various skills and monitor them weekly to make sure they are not messing around.”

Nwokoro, who has received some awards for his contributions to helping keep youth off the streets through skills acquisition training, shared that his inspiration came from recognizing the transformative power of skills training in enhancing livelihoods and promoting self-reliance.

The core mission of the Foundation is to ignite the potential within young boys and girls, fostering an environment where creativity and practical skills pave the way to a future without poverty.
