This follows a series of disruptions last month when X suffered two outages, including a major incident in the United States that drew more than 28,000 complaints.
Repeated outages have raised concerns among users about the reliability of the platform, especially as X seeks to compete with other social media services in global markets.
Industry observers say that while occasional downtime is to be expected for large platforms, consistent monthly disruptions can impact user trust and engagement.
