AFCON winner Victor Moses joins Kazakhstan club Kaisar Kyzylorda


Former Nigeria international Victor Moses has extended his long and decorated playing career with a move to Kazakhstan Premier League side Kayser Kyzylorda.

The 35-year-old, a member of Nigeria's 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON)-winning team, joins the Kazakh club after playing in England, Turkey, Italy and Russia. Following the expiry of his contract, Moses had been without a club since leaving Luton Town at the end of the previous season.

The move would continue the former Chelsea and Liverpool winger's career, which has taken him to several of Europe's top leagues.

Over the years, he has represented clubs including Chelsea, Liverpool, Inter Milan, Fenerbahçe and Spartak Moscow, and won major honors along the way.

Moses enjoyed his most successful period at Chelsea, where he played a key role in the Blues' 2016/17 Premier League title success under Italian manager Antonio Conte. He also won the FA Cup and the UEFA Europa League with the Blues.

He earned 38 caps for Nigeria and was named in the team of the tournament at AFCON 2013 as the Super Eagles claimed continental glory.
