Cribs Apartments, a fast-growing real estate development company in Port Harcourt, plans to build 250 new housing units in 2026, as part of efforts to help reduce Nigeria’s housing deficit.
Lead Partner of Cribz Apartments, NJ Anosik, disclosed this during the company’s 10th anniversary celebration held recently at Novotel, Port Harcourt.
He also said the company will launch five new properties in the first quarter of 2026 to deliver on its vision of becoming a major force in real estate development in Port Harcourt within the next five years.
“By 2030, I know exactly where Cribz is going because everything has been planned, documented and structured. Cribz will become the gatekeeper of real estate in Port Harcourt. And to achieve this, we are launching five new estates in the first quarter of 2026: two in Peter Odili, one in Harmony Estate, one in GRA and a low-cost housing project near the airport. Our goal for the next year The obvious: 250 new housing units. And by the grace of God, we will deliver it,” he said.
Cribs Apartments was the product of a larger vision and was being structured as a corporate legacy capable of standing the test of time, he said, adding that the company operates on discipline, transparency and prudence.
“I believe that one day my son will work at Cribs. We're not just building a company; we're building a legacy. I have a vision for Cribs, not a dream.
And vision requires structure, discipline, and sacrifice. In an economy with unpredictable storms, we have never loaned a kobo to a single employee. That is not fate; That is discipline. It's a commitment,” he said.
Speaking with BusinessDay on the sidelines of the event, Olayiwola Mutiu, a key employee, said the company’s prioritization of quality, customer satisfaction and professionalism sets it apart from other real estate developers.
