Dominion Holdings appoints Isidro Consunji as chairman

Dominion Holdings, Inc. (DHI) said it has appointed Isidro A. As president of Kansunji Plank.

Mr. Consunji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of the Philippines. He also earned a Master of Business Economics from the Center for Research and Communication and a Master of Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.

The Board also approved the appointment of Stephanie M. Gandia as Assistant Corporate Secretary. She will continue to serve as corporate information officer.
