North Island

Piha Beach & Kitekite Falls

Piha Beach is the most recognized in the West Coast Beaches of Auckland. The Piha includes black-blue volcanic sand and famous lion rock, known to mimic the stance of a lion. The extraordinary surf of Piha Beach makes it an ideal place to take pictures of surfers against grand scenes; These shots will be priceless.

Kitkite Falls is a beautiful waterfall hidden in the native bush behind the Piha Beach. It is only a small walk distance or drive away. It is worth walking upwards because it is a great time to take pictures of some beautiful native plants of New Zealand. When you reach the top, the waterfall levels create a blurred atmosphere that is perfect for taking pictures of things that occur out of this world.

Tongiro National Park
